#1 Construct crude jabber support

Jabber will be one of the first protocols included in trollbot 2.0. Specifications for the protocol need to be reviewed and basic support for the protocol needs programmed into the 2.0 framework. This ticket should be resolved when Trollbot is able to do the following:

1. Connect to a Jabber server
2. Authenticate with a Jabber server
3. Send a Message
4. Receive a Message
5. Disconnect from Jabber server

Scripting for Jabber is beyond the scope of this ticket.
