#16 Problem with ampersand (&) in artist, album name

This is an extension of the problem reported in 799812.
When viewing by album or artist names, those with an
ampersand in the name cannot be selected or expanded. The
inability to select applies to both the receiver unit as well as
the web front end. Song titles containing "&" appear to be
OK and can be selected. One way around this problem is to
change "&" to "and", which does work!
