Is just a little utility, trying to fix some common Windows Problems (if needed)

-It can add user accounts (usefull if your userprofile is infected by crap)
-Can check if internet is avaiable at all.
-Flush local dns resolver cache (enforce DNS updates)
-Download some usefull, 3rd party utilities (firefox, malewarebytes, Sysinternals ProcessExplorer, ect)
-Restart Windows Explorer.exe (local Filemanager) - usefull if it blocks access to some file.
-Disable/Enable Automatic Folder Discovery, which is sometimes a pain in the ass.
-Can try to fix Windows Update Problems (clearing the Windows Update, start stop service ect.)
-Has a shortcut to Internet Explorer settings/reset control panel.
