Welcome to Transistor

This project is based on "Bipolar Transistors Database "form "Mox Software" deposed as open sources on many websites : https://www.softpedia.com/get/Others/Miscellaneous/Bipolar-Transistors-Database.shtml or https://en.freedownloadmanager.org/Windows-PC/Bipolar-Transistors-Database-FREE.html

Only resources have been used

The aim is to offer an open sources transistor database and diodes (to include some IC could be "nice to have").

So you just have to download sources, resources and Purebasic compiler at https://www.purebasic.com/download.php a very nice development environment that includes many gadget and libraries to query database or to use network. With free version you can build an executable file until 800 lines of code.

Database has been converted from original MS Access file also pictures from original package.

Be sure to havet in the same directory the executable, the folder images and db file db.sqlite

What next ?

This is only a base of work for now ! It's planned to improve it by changing the database by altering some field's type to make possible search by current upper or lower a value.
Add diodes and some IC would be nice.
And for beginner add a form with resistor's color's codes translator.
