The Online Web Library Site / News: Recent posts

We're pleased to announce the release of version 0.1 of our software. It includes documentation that should be sufficient for people to try out the software. We realize that it is just a skeleton of what it could be, but we hope it is a step towards something much better.

Give it a try and tell us what you think. Bugs, feature requests, and whatever other comments you want to provide.

P.S. - We realize our XSLT-Repository is a bit lacking, even in the one XML DTD we do currently support. The other needed files will be included in our next release.

The initial version of the XSLT-Repository has been released. Its nice to finally see a release made available. While this is only a very small portion of the larger project, it does serve an integral role and will hopefully continue to grow and develop. This is a precursor to the first official release of our software package which will occur hopefully within the next week or two.

Join me in welcoming jadedtears, our newest developer. We now have someone to do the graphics and design for the site, so you can expect us to release something that's presentable in the near future (thinking end of January '05).

Things are moving...

The Online Web Library Site project is beginning major development in the effort to provide an initial release of their software.

Our goal is for this product to be as flexible as possible, while still being customizable to solve a particular problem.

Have a look through the CVS and any documentation we have there and add in the future and see where we're headed. Feel free to throw in any comments you may have. We'd love to hear any news.... read more
