Added sending to evernote. To enable this please modify your .config file like in the following article:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms164240.aspx

Also specify your email, evernote tag, notebook name in Settings section of the .config file.

There were the following bugs corrected:
- not saving log when it is empty (""),
- layout corrected.
