Toast++ is a software suite for light transport modelling and image reconstruction in diffuse optical tomography (DOT). It contains a group of libraries for sparse linear algebra, finite-element modelling and nonlinear reconstruction.
The libraries are written in C++ and can be linked directly into applications. Alternatively, Toast++ provides bindings for Matlab and Python that allow access to the libraries via function calls from either of these scripting environments.
Toast++ is distributed with a GPL license. You can check out the current sources from the Sourceforge SVN repository, or download binary distributions of the latest release from the Download page.
Toast++ is being developed by Martin Schweiger and Simon Arridge at University College London. If you have suggestions or bug reports, you can leave feedback on the Discussion page. Before posting a question or bug report, please check if it has already been answered in the forum or [FAQ].
