SOS-X source release

We've uploaded the last SOS-X code base to our subversion repository. The binaries for the 3.1.2 release will follow soon.

Datapump 3.1 (beta) released

Command line applicatoin for copying time series data from a DataSource (for instance an Sensor Observation Service) to one or more DataSinks (a CSV file for example).
