#23 manual entry add preselection of customer, projekt and task

please add an assistant, which help you to manualy add entrys.
if you select a project in overview and use the add + symbol, project and task should be preselected to the actualy choosen customer, projekt or task in the overview.
if nothin is selected, the last edit project should be given in selection.
this are very usefull to insert entrys which are not recorded.
