#17 Summer / Winter Time

Hello,

from yesterday to today the time in germany was 1 hour back. When it was 3 am the time was turned back to 2 am. But Timecult save always save summertime... I start the timer or "+". in the dialog is the correct actual time e. g. 11pm but in the time protocol start time is not 11 pm but 10 pm!
Hope you understand my english...
