#84 Removal of timeslots...

If a timeslot is being used in the generation process
then the database will not allow it to be deleted
(maybe just requires a version to be set up?) But it
looks as it is has been removed

1) An error message should be displayed
2) Different timeslots need to be set up if a different
version is being created...design issue?
