Announcement

Ok, I was really busy with work, and that does not seem likely to let up any time soon. However, I am going to put together a paper for Software X journal which will give some additional information on how the program works, and allow all of you using the program to cite it. I was putting this off, hoping I would get to improve the code before I publish anything on it, but there is no point in waiting anymore.
