Hi there I was getting the same error on new year eve. I did some research and found a solution here - https://droidtheory.com/fixed-netflix-ui-800-3/ I was able to eliminate this issue by restarting my tv. Do let me know which one fixes this issue for your for my future fix lol.

I'm noticing that new HP equipment, including business laptops with HP port replicators with Nics, are relying on RFC7440 to make the PXE tftp transfer faster - namely, supporting WindowSize. OpenTFTP doesn't apparently support the WindowSize so when the client sends a window size and doesn't get back the number of chunks it was expecting, the client/server connection bails and we have a failed PXE boot. Any thoughts?
