The UTB it's an perfectly ftp/apache textdb Software !! Why ? : it's because it is possible for let run without an MySQL and PostgreSQL, therewith not really DB-Hackable via DB-Server and login and sonething, all it is on the ftp and managed by Apache or other Web-Server only ! Therewith an perfect solution for upload fast an Forum without many known about Specially Databases .. only upload(copy on ftp) and chmod 777, the other makes the ForumSoftware and the Webserver !.. only need PHP ! I am not the programmer or something from UTP, i had only help the translation in German and use by self the Forum .. ! This Forum is Skinable and highest adaptable, customizable and skinable ! best regards Blacky
