A new version (2007111201) of the Diagnostic Test Calculator now allows the user to select their local disease prevalence and their thresholds for action (minimum disease probability for treatment and maximum disease probability for no treatment). These thresholds are displayed graphically on the nomogram and the user is alerted when a test result will not be sufficient to push them past a threshold.
