The problem with missing header files in the 0.1 source package has been fixed.
TeamBlibbityBlabbity is an open source client that aims to be compatible with the TeamSpeak 2 protocol. This initial version has full support for moving between channels and chatting with the speex codec. Binaries are available for windows.
