#14 Unable to configure presets

Under "Edit Presets" tab I am trying to create a new preset under #5. Only allowed to enter name and time but not add a sound, icon or program to run. Also saving of preset grayed out. Same with #6.

Same happens after deleting preset first and trying to configure
