phantom icon in task switching/alt+tab

I placed TeaTimer in my XP startup folder and it shows up in the taskbar correctly when my machine boots, but when I use alt+tab to "task switch" a phantom generic icon appears in the icon dialogue that appears when using windows alt+tab function. One can select the phantom icon, but no application is given focus when doing so.
This bug has a workaround -- manually open TeaTimer's main dialogue (via right-click at task bar TT icon and select "set Timer") and simply close it again -- the phantom icon goes away.
Not a big bug, but it would be more convenient if the phantom icon did not show up at all upon start-up.
Very nice utility too -- I use it a lot.
