Chess Tournament Management / News: Recent posts

Progress is going well, hope to update CVS soon. Latest implemented features are:
- import from USCF year end or suppliment files, including filter by up to 4 states during the import
- tournament section support
- all tournament data (pairings etc) is now persisited automatically
