Coding guidelines document and source documentation for the GRC and TWSHARED modules has been added to the project website (http://tankwar.sourceforge.net).

The initial source files have been loaded into the CVS repository.

The TankWar project is now open. Please visit the site at http://tankwar.sourceforge.net for more information. Please feel welcome to join the project, I am in the process of defining the game rules at the moment - all assistance is welcome.
