#6 write a commandlistener event handler for List selection

talklock http GETs the buddy list from the web server and creates a List displayable from it using readlines(). talklock needs a commandlistener event handler for selecting a buddy from the List. This handler will basically just initialize/call putthread to record audio and post it.
