#3 project web site

A project web site has been created in English and Chinese at http://talklock.sourceforge.net. It is very silly which is fun. But it would be good to re-write it as the project goals firm up, to be more informative. Information such as the design concepts would be good. Using this tracker to generate a roadmap would be great. Volunteers wanted!
