fresh installation of TAB 3.3.2-stable-657. Will not install, recieving error:

Failed to do query: Table 'databasename.tab3_plugins' doesn't exist
In query: SELECT * FROM tab3_plugins AS plugins WHERE name = 'Mailto'

Also same error when performin upgrade from 1.04
