#6 Smoothen text presentation

The underlying transmission of text (RFC 4103) collects
and transports text in short time intervals. ( Default 300
ms ). User trials show that the presentation should
again separate the characters in time. That is very much
appreciated by users rather than getting chunks of text
presented in a jerky fashion.

Therefore, a desired feature is to spread display of
characters evenly during the inter- packet time. A good
algorithm for that has been tried based on this library,
and now I want to see that used as the default method
for presentation.
