This new bug-fix-only release fixes the major bugs in 2.0.4.

Back from the dead, a new bug-fix-only release of the ANSI version.

Thanks to everyone who participated in the first phase of the logo contest. There were many votes that were cast. We've narrowed it down to the top five submissions that were voted upon for phase II.

Phase II will end on December 31st. So starting in the new year, SynEdit will have an official logo. So what are you waiting for, go cast your vote at http://synedit.sourceforge.net/contest.php !

You can now vote for your favorite synedit logo using our sophisticated voting system at http://synedit.sourceforge.net/contest.php .

OK, so it's not terribly sophisticated. Everyone gets three votes (column 1, 2, and 3). You can vote all for the same one, or different ones, it is up to you.

The voting is open until October 31st, 2003 at midnight EST, when I will take the voting part down. (It might not actually happen till the next morning when I wake up, but we're not being super scientific about this anyways.)... read more
