What exactly is SupremePDF?

The brief description states that it makes use of two side projects in Sourceforge - which ones? Is this a graphical front-end for Ghostscript, or something along those lines?
A little more information would be welcome.

  I merged the PDF Creator (pdfcreator) with PDF995 (pdf995) to the single install package and i preconfigured it to cooperating. Automatic creating of PDF documents in one step no available now, but i want to it was in the final version. SupremePDF makes possible creating small and high quality PDF documents using PDF995 (PostScript print driver) with PDF Creator (graphical front-end for Ghostscript) poloautomatic now and fully automatic later. SupremePDF inserts truetype fonts to the final PDF documents, no bitmap fonts. Final documents is more quality than other products so.
