Attached is a patch that will reduce the skip length in the Android client if the cause of the skip happens to be the MediaPlayer completing playback of a partial file too soon. Instead of calculating, "download to (currentDownloadCount) + (bufferLengthInExtraBytes)" it calculates, "download to (fileposOfCurrentPositionPlusBufferLength)".
