1) Click the 'Add' button above the category list and a new window will appear.

2) Locate the picture you want to add and either double-click the file or click once to highlight it and then click the 'Open' button.
1) Move your mouse over the picture you would like to delete and you will notice an 'x' appear in the top right-hand corner of the image.
2) Click the 'x' button and a message will appear, asking if you are sure you want to delete the picture.
3) Click 'Yes' to delete the picture.
The total time (in seconds) that the application will wait before displaying the next message.
The total time (in milliseconds) that a message will be displayed before it is hidden again.

Selecting a different language from the dropdown will instantly change the internal text of the application into the chosen language.
The language editor allows you to customize the internal application text for the currently selected language as well as create new language definition files for translation purposes.
1) Select the language you would like to edit from the language dropdown and the internal text of the application will change to the selected language.
2) Click the 'Language Editor' button and a new window will appear.
3) All internal text for the application will be displayed in the new window and you may edit the text as you see fit.
4) When you are done making changes to the internal text, you must click the 'Save' button to see the changes reflected back in the application.
NOTE: All fields must have a value and no blank text will be allowed.
1) When creating a new language translation you must first choose the language you wish to translate from by selecting that language in the language dropdown and the internal text of the application will change to the selected language.
2) Click the 'Language Editor' button and a new window will appear.
3) Click the 'Add New Language' button and the window will reveal a new panel on the right with blank text fields lined up with the internal application text fields in the currently selected langauge on the left.
4) Starting from the top and moving from left to right you can translate each word or sentence from the current internal text to your new langauge.
5) When you are done translating all the text, you must click the 'Save' button and the internal text of the application will change to your newly translated language.
NOTE: All fields must have a value and no blank text will be allowed.

NOTE: Although you are allowed to delete any language file (including the English language), the software will not allow the language to be deleted if there is only one langauge installed.
Selecting this option will cause the application to load by itself whenever the computer is restarted or when the current user logs off and back on again.
When this option is selected, anytime the application is first opened it will be as if the 'Start' button was already clicked and it will start showing messages right away based on the chosen options. This also means that the application will start minimized and be hidden in the task tray from the start.

Changing the font size will instantly update the preview text in the 'Message Preview' section with the new font size.
Clicking one of the style buttons will instantly update the preview text in the 'Message Preview' section with the new font style. The three options are B = Bold, I = Italic and U = Underline.

To choose a transparent background for the message text you can simply click the checkbox beside the background colour box and the previously selected colour will be replaced with a transparent colour.
NOTE: Changing the background colour will instantly update the preview text in the 'Message Preview' section with the new background colour.
Changing the message visibility option will make the message text (and background colour) appear more or less transparent or see-through. If the bar is moved to the far right, the text will appear 100% solid and if the bar is moved to the far left, the text will be completely invisible. Changing the visibility option will instantly update the preview text in the 'Message Preview' section with the new visibility settings.
Sometimes it is helpful to see how certain words or letters may look like in a particular font so changing the preview text allows you to instantly update the text that appears in the message preview box.
Changing the picture visibility option will make picture messages appear more or less transparent or see-through. If the bar is moved to the far right, the picture will appear 100% solid and if the bar is moved to the far left, the picture will be completely invisible. Changing the visibility option will instantly update the image in the 'Picture Preview' section with the new visibility settings.
There are no settings to change in this section but the smiley face image will show as more or less transparent depending on the current picture visibility setting.
