struts-wml / News: Recent posts

Struts-wml is now in synch with Struts v1.1b3 and is available for download.

CVS tree is now struts1.1b3 compliant. Also, unnecessary files are removed from the repository. struts-wml-1.1b3 release will be available shortly.
