#118 vproc_setup_groups ASSERTS

Looking through dmesg output and noticed these vproc_setup_groups ASSERTS. Running CVS OPENSSI-FC (post-1.9.2) and have not determined how to reproduce this.

These asserts can be reproduced by taking down other node in cluster.
