Could you provide more details what you were doing when this exception happened?

It looks like you tried to cancel an execution in the "Server Process..." dialog, but that is just a guess.

Your Oracle Client version is quite outdated (Version 8.0.6), it may be reasonable to upgrade to a supported version. A 9.2 server version can be used with the latest clients I think.
