both versions 1.36.0 and 1.35.3 are detected as malware by "Cisco AMP for endpoints".
I prevents from saving the file, hence no way to install.
Are there means to unpack out of Windows and install manually or could you provide a zip file and instructions ?
I used to do that a few years ago on older release to help my colleagues who had no install rights on their laptops ...

that seems to be starting with 1.34.5, before that, I can download without error raised.
However versions up -to 1.34.4 I tried they fail to install in MS Excel 365 for enterprise, however, I can open the exe file as an archive and try to install manually.

Yeah, AV programs are a pain. v1.36.0 was uploaded 2 years old and suddenly now it contains malware. I wish I was that skilled that I could fend off all AV developers for a couple of years! I have uploaded a zip file as you suggested. You will need to go to the Files section of the site to download. Let me know if there are issues there. I included the update checker. That might be what your AV is having heartburn over. Manual instructions are in the help file.

Thanks for the Zip file. I have installed by hand.
FYI, the Cisco AV rejected both the "Spreadsheet Compare.xla" file and the "Update Program.exe".
