I just fixed up a vital bug this should really work ... promise to fix up various other bugs and bring in frequency sorting next release.

There is a small release delay in uploading the program. I am desperately in need of developers and webpage designers. The C code also needs a lil bit of rewritting. The program will be uploaded by Dec.5, 2008. Sorry for the delay
