Possible License Change

I am considering changing the license of Open-SESSAME to a more commercial friendly LGPL (Library, or Lesser, GPL) which would allow a user to link any Open-SESSAME libraries to their own source without having to release their source. Any changes to the Open-SESSAME libraries that are shipped to their customers/users would need to be made available to the public upon request and offered back to the Open-SESSAME developers.... read more

User Feedback Requested

Open-SESSAME has pretty much stopped progress at the moment. However, it appears as though there are still views and downloads occuring. Therefore, I ask if you are interested in finding out about, using, or are just stopping by, please drop me an email or some other form of contact regarding your interest.

I would like to gauge whether there is sufficient interest in using Open-SESSAME for me to continue working on it.... read more

Boost Jam now provided

In order to facilitate building of Open-SESSAME, Boost-Jam v3.1.7 is now provided as a module in the spacecraft project.

To get jam checkout the "jam" module (cvs co jam).

I still need to get Open-SESSAME to buid under windows. More info forthcoming.

Matrix Documentation

The original Matrix & Vector class documentation is now posted under the "Docs" section. Since the SSF Matrix and Vector classes are typedef'd from these classes, the same functionality is there.

This documentation will be moved into the actual code to be included in the doxygen info soon, as well as the new functionality that has been implemented (skew, etc.)

Project Ramping Up

I'd like to welcome the first 2 new developers: simpliciter & nicmcp. They've already been invaluable in holding me accountable for my code.

There is an introduction to using the framework under "Forums" "Open Discussion". Please feel free to check it out and post comments.

Also, there is a slight name change going on. Most likely the project will be:
