#362 USB-disks don't mount anymore

I had to do a hard reset of my NAS and since my disks (usb 1Tb disk with 2 partitions and a thumb drive) are not mounting anymore. I tried to update SnakeOS, but you need attached storage to do it. I think it could be the USB-driver, but I'm not a linux expert. Can ayone provide steps to update the driver or do a fresh install by flashing directly?
