#9 Improve "hot-zone"

Two things :
1. I notice SmallWindows is working fine on dual screen... except "hot-zone" are only available on main screen... Not that convenient.

2. As I am very used to do in Compiz (Linux) environment, it would be very very convenient to add larger "hot-zone". I mean instead of "hot-corner", you can choose to have "hot-border". For instance, when mouse is on top of screen, display Expose.
