#6 Program Exclusions

Currently SmallWindows tiles programs that have been
minimized to the system tray, items set to "stick" to
desktop and application embedded into the taskbar.

Programs affected for me included:
Konfabulator(Yahoo! Widget Engine)
ObjectDock
Rainlender
Yahoo!& WL/MSN Messengers
Windows Media Player(In MiniPlayer mode)

Would be nice if there was an option to exclude by
process name or path.
