#9 startup unreliable / hotspt

I tried to startup smallwindows by using the autostart
folder - it loads but it doesn't seem to be working.
Sometimes I experienced that the hotspot on the upper
edge wouldn't respond anymore until I restarted the
appl. - maybe this relates to problem.
