#2 crash with ObjectDock running

SmallWindows crashes when trying to activate if
StarDock's ObjectDock is running (the SmallWindows
task gets terminated silently without any error message).

As there might always be applications like ObjectDock
that may cause problems, the in my eyes best
workaround would be the introduction of an exclude list
for SmallWindows (it wouldn't make much sense to
include the dock in the SmallWindows overview anyway).
I don't see the need for a settings dialog, it would be
sufficient to store a text or XML file in the application's
directory defining the tasks to exclude.
