smallGP - Release 0.1

This is there first release of smallGP, and the starting point for all fortcoming relaeses. It presents the philosophy behind smallGP.

mantra 1: It's a small genetic programming tool that does symbolic regression, and should be optimized for that purpose.
mantra 2: READABILITY of the code is fundamental and a main goal of this project.
mantra 3: It's a commandline tool, NOT a library, framework, etc.
mantra 4: It's EASY to use. Users with no clue about genetic programming, should be able to use smallGP after reading 3 tutorial pages.
mantra 5: Every feature added to small must be explained in detail.... read more
