Second 'major' release of slowarj:

Slowarj provides a dictionary and a rehearsal tool for almost any language.

Goal: provide a way of creating dual language dictionaries and the possibility to use these for rehearsing.

For example:
Russian - Dutch
English - Chinese
whatever - whatever.

Main audience:
- people/students who want to learn a different language.

Changes:
slowarj: the dictionary:
- View is no longer resticted to 50 words.
- Added posibility to create inverse dictionary. For example a Russian-Dutch dictionary can be auto-converted to a Dutch-Russian dictionary.

Initial version of slowarj: only simple dictionary with support for different keyboard layouts (using libedk)

Slowarj (=dictionary) is a dictionary and/or rehearsal tool for almost any language.
The main purposes of slowarj is to
provide a tool for creating dual language dictionaries with support for different keyboard layouts.

For example: Russian-Dutch, English-Chinese, or whatever-whatever.
