v1.2.8 fixes a bug in the Scrobbling side of the plugin, and should restore the Controller menu for LastFM

SqueezeScrobbler v1.2.7, upgraded for SqueezeCentre 7.4 is released

Given that SlimServer is changing name to SqueezeCenter, it seemed like a good time to change the name of the plugin to SqueezeScrobbler.
I kept the Scrobbler because I like it, even though Last.FM have pretty much killed the AudioScrobbler name!

v0.37.2 is released today.
This fixes the tag submission feature.
