SketchBoard has a new mirror site at SoftwareBank,
the site is located in Bangkok. This mirror is an alternative way for users who cannot download SketchBoard from SourceForge's existing mirror sites.

Since June 2004, SketchBoard has join Open Design
Alliance as an associate member. In the next
released, SketchBoard will developing DWG Import/
Export system using ODA DWG library.
(This also means that the next release cannot using GPL license.)

The file released version 1.22a needed a font for dimension displaying. The font file didn't included in the first released of this version.

If you downloaded SketchBoard version 1.22a before 9th May 2004 please download the font file and copy it to sketchboard folder

The new version of sketchboard is released.
Featuring:
- Freehand sketch
- Freehand sketch recognition (Experimental)
- Line property
- Object Property , color, transparency, height
- Shadow, realtime shadow volumn
- Be-zier curve (No moving or changing property)
- Wall

Since this project was based on Qt for windows
and OpenGL. The software needed the following
system requirement :

[Software]
- MS Windows XP (2000 still have bug and will crashed)
- OpenGL (32 bit version of OpenGL)
- QT 2.03 (only a DLL is needed, qt-mt230nc.dll)

[Hardware]
- Pentium III 733 (Testing machine)
- RAM 256 MB
- OpenGL 1.2 supported graphic card (Tested on Nvidia GForce 2MX and ATI Radeon 9000 Pro)

If you are not using WindowsXP please choose the sketchboard_exe_1.3.6.zip to download. It is a standalone.exe file.

The project is started in Nov 01 2003.
