#3 Month (-1) Off

Java: j2sdk 1.4.2.03
OS: WinXP

Issue:
Month of task uploaded to the server is 1 month behind.
(ie may issues entered as april, etc)

To Recreate:
Open SimpleTracker
Click the Edit Server Projects button

Select Project
Click Punch In Button
Click Punch Out Button
Enter Details

Click Upload Button

No data is stored on server.

Choose the previous Month in the Upload field.
Click Upload

Task information is stored on server; however, month is -
1 off.
