A very primitive but still effective Traffic Shaing
code for simpleproxy.
Fine for real life testing.

try -F 6
and go with wget or something like that to measure results!
If youn know some way to make usleep work fine, it will
be much better!

The patch for the Traffic Shaping Functions

Thanks for the patch. I decided that if we are to include traffic shaping into simpleproxy we would need to use something more sophisticated, like leaky bucket.
