#173 0.2.17 after cost amount edit, cost remain error

While input partly costs on invoice to several costcodes, and in between two amounts changing an existing amount, the "rest amount" to assign is not adjusted to the changed cost line amount. Invoice must be reloaded at that moment to continue with the right amount.
