#166 0.2.12 New supplier: also costcode

I can not give a preferred costcode for a new supplier (it works in "edit supplier"), but if I know it at creating the supplier, it can be used for the first invoice of this supplier (often the moment the new supplier is created). Bug or Feature Request?
