#5 Fix "Exception during deserialization after upgrading to new java version"

I was facing the same issue as already reported in https://sourceforge.net/p/simple/bugs/42/ , so I applied the suggested fix by Piotr.
I've tested it successfully.
So I ask you to apply my patch for a new release.
