Hi, I am trying to create a database for off-target prediction. I am using huge fasta file (18GB, sequences concatenated from NCBI). The database creation ends with error (can not be created, select correct format of the file) but I can see database in the database management with 3219MB size. I tried three times but result was same. When i tried another fasta file with single sequence, the database created correctly.
I can not delete wrongfully created databases as well even after uninstalling and reinstalling software.
Could you please help me to resolve the issue? or if there is limit for database size?
