A very simple shutdown utility for windows based os's . Provides operations like log-off,hibernation,shutdown and restart. It is available in two versions one version supports the cool timer selection, but as the time component is for evaluation only, so it may give you error while opening the application after the trial period has expired. But, the application would still work.
